Red Magic 8S Pro official renders
The Red Magic 8S Pro official renders show that the device will come in black and silver color options. The overall design of the phone is not too different from that of the Red Magic 8 Pro, which was announced in the first half of the year.
On the front, the device features a notch-less display, which appears to be the same 6.8-inch AMOELD display that’s available on the Red Magic 8 Pro. The screen seems to support an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It is also equipped with an in-screen fingerprint scanner.
The back panel of the Red Magic 8S Pro has a vertical triple camera setup. It remains to be seen whether it is the same 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera unit, which is available on the Red Magic 8 Pro.
The Red Magic 8S Pro is confirmed to feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Leading Version chip, which clocks at 3.36GHz. The device will ship with 24 GB of RAM and is expected to offer 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The gaming phone was spotted on AnTuTu with an impressive score of 1,704,113.
For selfies, it may feature a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. The phone may pack a 6,000mAh battery with 80W charging support. For those who don’t know, it is scheduled to launch on July 5 in China.
