Xiaomi is expected to hold a major launch event in China this month. Reports have revealed that the brand will announce devices, such as the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3, Xiaomi Pad 6 Max, Redmi Pad 2, and Redmi K60 Ultra. Except for the Pad 6 Max, the details of the other products have already emerged through recent leaks. In a new Weibo post, tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed some details about the Pad 6 Max.
According to the tipster, the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max will be the company’s first tablet to feature a 14-inch display. He also revealed that the tablet will be equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset. The other specs of the tablet are likely to remain the same as those of the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro.
The Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro is a feature-packed tablet that boasts an impressive 11-inch 2.8K LCD display with a smooth 144Hz refresh rate. The device also excels in audio quality with its quad speakers.
When it comes to photography, the Pad 6 Pro offers a 20-megapixel front-facing camera. On the back, a 50-megapixel main camera is accompanied by a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a dual-LED flash unit.
Under the hood, the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset. The tablet comes with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. Moreover, the Pad 6 Pro features an 8,600mAh battery with 67W fast charging. While the Pad 6 is available in wider markets, the Pad 6 Pro is not available outside of China. Hence, it is unclear whether the Pad 6 Max will be released on the global market.
