OnePlus Buds Pro 3 renders leaked, key specifications tipped

OnePlus Buds Pro 3 is in the works. As the moniker implies, it will arrive as the successor to last year’s OnePlus Buds Pro 2, which was announced in February this year. MySmartPrice has teamed up with tipster OnLeaks to release renders of the Buds Pro 3. In addition, the publication has also shared its key specifications

The leaked images show that the OnePlus Buds Pro 3 will be nearly identical to the Buds Pro 2. The report claims that these renders are based on the testing unit of the device. The only noticeable change is that the earbuds have a metallic finish.

The leak claims that the earbuds, each weighing 4.77 grams, will be lighter than its predecessor. Like before, each earbud will have a 10.4mm woofer and a 6mm tweeter. The earbuds will come with support for IP55 rating and its case will offer IPX4 splash resistance.

The earbuds will offer up to 9 hours of battery life with the ANC turned off. With the case, it will deliver up to 33 hours. With the ANC activated, the earbuds will last for up to 6 hours and up to 22 hours with the case. The case will pack a 520mAh battery, while each earbud will have a 58mAh battery. With 10 minutes of charging, the earbuds can offer up to 5 hours of listening time, according to the report.

The OnePlus Buds Pro 3 will offer 48dB Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). In addition, it will have support for connectivity features, such as Bluetooth 5.3, Google Fast Pair, and dual device connectivity.

The report has no information on the launch timeframe of the OnePlus Buds Pro 3. It is likely that it may debut with the OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R in January or February 2024 in the global market.
