Vivo X100, X100 Pro sales surpass 1 billion Yuan in China

The Vivo X100 series of smartphones was made available for purchase for the first time today in China. The company has now confirmed that the initial sales figures for the Vivo X100 series across various sales retailer platforms have surpassed the 1 billion Yuan mark, which is a historic achievement for phone sales in Vivo’s history. The X100 and X100 Pro made their debut as the world’s first smartphones powered by the Dimensity 9300. Let’s examine the projected sales of the X100 series that the company might have attained.

The Vivo X100 comes in multiple configurations, such as the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant priced at 3,999 Yuan ($563), the 16GB RAM + 256GB version at 4,299 Yuan ($606), the 16GB RAM + 512GB model at 4,599 Yuan ($648), and the 16GB RAM + 1TB variant at 4,999 Yuan ($704). Additionally, there’s a 16GB LPDDR5T RAM + 1TB option available for 5,099 Yuan ($718).

On the other hand, the Vivo X100 Pro boasts configurations such as 12GB RAM + 256GB storage at 4,999 Yuan ($704), 16GB RAM + 256GB at 5,299 Yuan ($747), 16GB RAM + 512GB at 5,499 Yuan ($775), and a top-tier 16GB RAM + 1TB variant at 5,999 Yuan ($845). Top of Form

While the company has released the first sales report of the Vivo X100 series, it has not confirmed how many units of the X100 and X100 Pro were sold. However, it can be estimated that it may have sold around 218,190 units of the Vivo X100 and 183,210 units of the Vivo X100 Pro in the first sale.

Vivo is also said to be working on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered X100 series phone. There are speculations that it will be called the Vivo X100 Ultra instead of the Vivo X100 Pro+. The Ultra variant is expected to launch with the Vivo X Fold 3 series and the Vivo X Flip 2 in April 2024.
