Honor has officially announced the Honor X50 GT will be unveiled at 7:30pm (local time) on January 4 in China. Ahead of the launch, the Honor X50 GT is already listed on Honor China’s online store for reservations, offering a glimpse into the phone’s official images, color options, and configurations. In addition, tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked the key specifications of the device.

As can be seen in the above screenshot, the Honor X50 GT will be available in multiple variants, including 12GB+256GB, 16GB+256GB, 16GB+512GB, and a top-tier 16GB+1TB configuration. As for the potential pricing, it is speculated to fall within the range of 2,000 Yuan ($280) to 3,000 Yuan ($425).
The listing confirms that it will be available in two shades: Magic Night Black and Silver Winged God of War. As far as design is concerned, the device can be seen sporting a curved-edge OLED panel integrated with a fingerprint sensor on the front and a round camera module on the back.

According to DCS, the Honor X50 GT will have a 6.78-inch OLED display with support for a 1.5K (2652 x 1200p) resolution and is likely to support a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it is rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip. The device is said to house a substantial 5,800mAh battery with 35W fast charging capabilities.
The camera setup will feature a 108-megapixel primary camera. According to the leaker, the main camera has a 1/1.67″ sensor and an f/1.75 aperture. Other notable features include a 5100mm² VC heat dissipation system, and it is expected to run on Android 14 with MagicOS 7.2.
