The Amazon page reveals that the iQOO Neo 9 Pro will pack the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. It’s slated for an official announcement in February 2024. The listing also offers a glimpse of the phone’s design, showcasing a striking dual-camera setup on the back with a unique red-white dual-tone finish. We can expect the microsite to be updated with more detailed specs and features in the near future.
In December 2024, iQOO launched the iQOO Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and Dimensity 9300, respectively, in China. Speculations are rife that the iQOO Neo 9 Pro heading to India will be a rebranded version of the Chinese iQOO Neo 9. The iQOO Neo 9 Pro will have a 6.78-inch AMOLED 1.5K resolution display with support for a 144Hz refresh rate. It will have a 16-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel dual-camera system. It may include 12 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage, and a 5,160mAh battery with 120W fast charging. The iQOO Neo 9 Pro is expected to operate on FunTouch OS 14 with Android 14, featuring an IR blaster and dual stereo speakers. Given the pricing of the iQOO Neo 7 Pro in India, the Neo 9 Pro could cost approximately Rs 35,000 ($420) to Rs 40,000 ($480).
