OnePlus is gearing up to launch the OnePlus Ace 5 series in China on Dec. 26. The Ace 5 series includes two models: the Ace 5 and the Ace 5 Pro, Ahead of the launch, the company has confirmed the configurations and color options of both devices.
The OnePlus Ace 5 series is available for reservations in China. The official listing reveals that the Ace 5 will be available in five configurations: 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+256GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB. It will come in three colors: Gravitational Titanium, Full Speed Black, and Celestial Porcelain.
Conversely, the Ace 5 Pro will be available in Moon White Porcelain, Submarine Black, and Starry Purple colors. The Porcelain models are likely to feature ceramic back panels, while the other colors might have glass backs.
As per reports, the OnePlus Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro will sport a 6.78-inch flat BOE X2 LTPO OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The Ace 5 is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and a 6,400mAh battery with 80W fast charging. The Ace 5 Pro will likely feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and a 6,100mAh battery with 100W fast charging.

For photography, both models may feature a 16-megapixel front camera. The Ace 5 Pro is likely to have an OIS-assisted 50-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. Both phones will run on ColorOS 15 based on Android 15 and will include features like an IR blaster, an alert slider, dual speakers, an optical in-screen fingerprint sensor, and a metal middle frame.
In related news, OnePlus will announce the OnePlus 13 series on Jan. 7, 2025, for the global market. The lineup will have two models, such as the OnePlus 13R and OnePlus 13. The 13 will be the same as its Chinese version, which debuted in October, but the 13R is said to be a slightly modified version of the Ace 5.
