Oppo is expected to unveil the Oppo Find X9 Ultra in March 2026. Likely, the brand may also unveil the Find X9s and Find X9s+ alongside the X9 Ultra. Well before the launch, tipster Digital Chat Station has shared the key specifications of the device.

As per the leak, the Oppo Find X9s will arrive with a 6.3-inch OLED panel equipped with an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. The tipster previously revealed that it will support LTPS technology and a 1.5K resolution.
While the leak does not specify the chipset of the device, it is speculated to feature the Dimensity 9500, which could be an overclocked version of the existing Dimensity 9500.
There have been reports that the Find X9 Ultra will debut as the world’s first smartphone equipped with dual 200-megapixel cameras. The new leak suggests that the Find X9s will also be equipped with two 200-megapixel cameras, both featuring the Samsung HP5 sensor. The setup is expected to include a main camera, an ultra-wide lens, and a periscope telephoto camera.
The Find X9s is also expected to feature a battery of around 7,000mAh. It will support both wired and wireless charging. Like recent Oppo phones, the device is expected to ship with Android 16 and ColorOS 16. It will also offer top-tier water resistance, indicating that it may come with an IP68/69 rating.
