Oppo will hold a launch event on April 21 for the global market. At the event, the brand will unveil the Oppo Find X9 Ultra, Find X9s Pro, and Find X9s. While the X9s Pro, a compact flagship phone, will remain exclusive to the Chinese market, global regions will be treated to the X9 Ultra and X9s. Today, the brand released the first teasers to confirm the design, color options, and key specifications of the X9s.
Oppo Find X9s key details officially confirmed
According to reports, the Find X9s will be a toned-down version of the existing Find X9. While the Find X9 has the Dimensity 9500, the X9s will feature the slightly inferior Dimensity 9500s, which was announced recently.
The official teaser confirms that the Find X9s will have 1.1mm slim bezels on all four sides, and it will feature a 50MP triple camera setup on the back. It will pack the same 7,025mAh battery, and it will be sold in shades like orange, purple, and titanium.
The Find X9s is expected to be positioned lower than the X9. Hence, there is a possibility that it may lack support for wireless charging but continue to offer 80W charging like the X9. It remains to be seen whether the X9s packs the same or toned-down cameras compared to the existing model.
While the Find X9s Pro will be a compact offering, the X9s is said to have a 6.59-inch OLED panel with support for a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Like recent Oppo phones, this will also have ColorOS 16-based Android 16 preinstalled.
