Today, LG has unveiled that several devices will be receiving the Jelly Bean update by the first quarter of 2013. The LG Optimus LTE 2 will be the first device to receive the Jelly Bean update, which is expected to start rolling out on the following month. LG Optimus VU and Optimus VU 2 on the other hand, will be expected to receive the update by the first quarter of the following year.
According to LG, this update will duplicate the UI of the latest LG Optimus G, which will hit most major markets by next month.
