Xiaomi is expected to announce the Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro Plus (rumored name) flagship phone in this month. It is speculated to be fueled by the Snapdragon 865 Plus mobile platform and it is expected to come with support for 120W fast charging. Xiaomi has scheduled a 10th anniversary keynote event in China on Aug. 11. The flagship phone may get announced at the said event. Ahead of the launch, an image of the rear case of a mysterious phone with a large camera housing has appeared on Weibo.
It is unclear whether the rear case belongs to the purported Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro Plus, or the next Mi MIX series phone or a new Note lineup device. The case image reveals support for “100x Infinity Zoom.” It is advisable to wait for further leaks to now more on the identity of the device. It could be Xiaomi’s weapon to take on the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G.
Recent reports have revealed that the model number of the upcoming Mi 10 series flagship phone from Xiaomi is M2007J1SC. The handset has been spotted at 3C certification platform of China with a 120W fast charger.
It is speculated to be equipped with a 6.67-inch OLED screen with curved edges. The display may sport 120Hz refresh rate and sport a punch-hole design. The SD865+ phone was spotted with 12 GB of RAM and Android 11 OS recently on Geekbench. The handset was recently benchmarked on AnTuTu through which its 687K+ benchmark scores were revealed.
The rears side of the phone could be sporting a sporting a 48-megapixel main lens, a periscope zoom lens with high-definition optical zoom, and an ultrawide lens. It is unclear whether the phone features a triple camera system.
