Honor is gearing to launch the Honor 9X smartphone in international markets. Unlike Honor’s move of launching Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro smartphones in China in July, markets outside of China will be only receiving one variant of the phone i.e. Honor 9X. Also, the Honor 9X for international markets comes with some differing features.
The Honor 9X smartphone for International audience has a triple camera system on its rear. Instead of a side-facing fingerprint scanner, it has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. Also, it does not feature Kirin 810 chipset. Instead, it comes with Kirin 710F SoC. The triple camera system of the phone has a 48-megapixel main lens, an ultrawide 8-megapixel lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
The Honor 9X has a 6.59-inch IPS LCD display with notch-less design. It offers full HD+ resolution. It may come with up to 8 GB of RAM and up to 128 GB of storage. The handset has a 4,000mAh battery that carries support for 10W charging. It has a pop-up selfie camera of 16-megapixel. Sapphire Blue and Midnight Black are the two color variants of the smartphone. There is no word on the availability of the international variant.
