Honor Band 6 with Full-Screen Display Set to Debut on November 3 in China

Recent reports have revealed that Honor is working on the launch of the successor edition for the Honor Band 5 that debuted in July 2019. Today, the company confirmed that the Band 6 fitness tracker will be made official on Nov. 3. A poster released by the firm reveals that the Honor Band 6 will be sporting a full-screen design.

The Chinese text placed towards the bottom of the image translates to Band 6’s arrival will begin the ear of full-screen fitness trackers. Hence, it appears that upcoming fitness trackers from other brands will also offer full-experience.

The predecessor Honor Band 5 featured a 0.95-inch AMOLED touchscreen display and below the screen featured a touch-sensitive button for navigating across its features. It appears that the Band 6 will come with a larger display and it may not have a touch-sensitive button.

There is no word on the specifications of the Honor Band 6 yet. With the launch set to take place next week, the company is likely to spill more information on its features in the coming days.

It also unclear whether Honor has any plans to launch some other products along with the Honor Band 6 on Nov. 3. There are reports that the product could be rebadged as the Huawei Band 6 in some regions.
