Huawei Mate 8 has been sold out accross many Chinese retailer

The Huawei Mate 8 phablet which was announced last month has reportedly went out of stock across many retailers on its first day of sale today.

This come right after He Gang, head of Huawei smartphone division, proclaimed that the company has high expectations on this device and plans to produce 1 million units per month. Of course, this isn’t surprising given that the high-end Mate 8 come with a rather reasonable price tag of just CNY 2,999 ($470), CNY 3699 ($580) for the 4GB / 64GB version, CNY 4399 ($690) for the 4GB / 128GB version.

Right now, there is still no news on the International availability of this phablet and it is expected to be unveiled during the CES 2016 next year.
