OPPO Reno Ace can be Fully Charged within 30 Minutes!

Yesterday, OPPO has confirmed that their latest OPPO Reno Ace flagship will be officially announced on October 10th next month.

Even before the device had been made official, we’d already heard from the company’s VP Brian Shen that the Reno Ace will be able to support the latest 65W SuperVOOC flash charging technology. Besides that, the device is also said to be the first OPPO smartphone to feature a 90Hz display.

Now, OPPO has kicked off their teasing campaign for the upcoming Reno Ace, starting with it’s 65W SuperVOOC flash charging capability. According to the teaser video released by OPPO, the Reno Ace is able to charge from 0 to 100% in less than 30 minutes.

In comparison, the earlier VOOC 3.0 is only able to charge up to 44% within the same time frame. That’s the extent OPPO’s VOOC fast-charging technology has improved over the past few years. Gone are the days when we have to patiently wait hour after hour for our device to get fully charged, and cry our hearts out if we forget to charge them overnight.

As of now, OPPO has been focusing much on it’s wired charging technology but we believe it’s just a matter of time before they innovates their wireless charging technology as well. Xiaomi on the other hand, has recently announced their latest 30W Mi Charge Turbo, wireless charging solution for the upcoming Mi 9 Pro 5G and Mi Mix 4 5G.
