Real Moto Z3 Play Appears in Freshly Leaked Photos

Last year, Lenovo-owned Motorola had launched the Moto Z2 Play smartphone in June. Hence, the rumor mill has been speculating that the Moto Z3 Play will be arriving as its successor by June this year. The handset has already been certified by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) through which some of its key specs were revealed. Its leaked render that had appeared in the previous week had reveal its front and rear design. Today, fresh photos of the real Moto Z3 Play have appeared from China.

The front view of the smartphone suggests that it will be arriving with an elongated display. Recent leaks surrounding the Z3 Play have revealed that it will be arriving with a 6-inch display that will offer 18:9 aspect ratio. In the above image, the handset that has a model number of XT1929 can be seen running on Android 8.1.0 Oreo and it has also received the May month’s security patch. A “motorola” logo can be seen on the chin of the device.

The fingerprint sensor is neither at the front or rear. Recent reports have revealed that it will be placed on the same edge that features the volume buttons. The glass rear features a dual camera setup and it also carries support for MotoMods accessories.
