Realme has launched the Realme 5i smartphone in Vietnam. The smartphone has arrived with slightly weaker specs compared to the Realme 5 that was launched in India last year. The Realme 5i is listed with Realme’s partnered online retailers in Vietnam.
Realme 5i Specifications and Features
The Realme 5i has a 6.52-inch IPS LCD display. There is waterdrop notch on the screen that produces HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. The display offers a tall aspect ratio of 20:9. The Snapdragon 665 mobile that includes a 2.0GHz octa-core processor powers the smartphone with up to 4 GB of RAM. The device offers users with up to 64 GB of native storage.
The Realme 5i has a frontal shooter of 8-megapixel. The rear side of the device has a quad camera setup. It features a primary lens of 12-megapixel which is assisted by an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 2-megapixel macro lens and a 2-megapixel portrait lens.
The Realme 5i boots to ColorOS 6.1 based Android 9 Pie OS. The device is backed by a 5,000mAh battery. It only supports 10W charging. A fingerprint scanner is available on the rear shell of the smartphone.
Realme 5i Price and Availability
The Realme 5i is available for purchase in Vietnam. It comes in Green and Blue color ways. The Realme 5i can be availed in two colors in the country such as 3 GB RAM + 32 GB storage and 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage. Both models are respectively priced at 3,690,000 VND ($160) and 4,290,000 VND ($186). The smartphone is slated to go official in India on Jan. 9
