Last month, two upcoming Realme phones with model numbers RMX3820 and RMX3823 were approved by the MIIT authority of China. Now, both models have appeared with their images in the database of China’s TENAA certification. The images match with the recently leaked render of the GT Neo 6. Hence, it appears tha that RMX3820 and RMX3820 could be the two rumored variants of the Realme GT Neo 6.

As per recent reports, the Realme GT Neo 6 may come equipped with the Dimensity 9200 Plus chipset. It is the same SoC, which also powers two other devices, such as the iQOO Neo 8 Pro and the Vivo X90s. It may arrive with 16 GB of RAM, 1 TB of storage, and a 5,000mAh battery that supports 100W charging.

On the other hand, the Realme GT Neo 6 Pro may feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. It is likely to be paired with 24 GB of RAM, 1 TB of storage, and a 4,600mAh battery that supports 240W fast charging. The other specifications of both devices are likely to be identical.

The Realme GT Neo 6 series could be equipped with a 6.74-inch OLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. For security, it may feature an under-display fingerprint scanner. It may come preloaded with Android 13 OS and Realme UI 4.0.

The Realme GT Neo 6 and Neo 6 Pro may come equipped with an identical set of cameras. On the front, both phones may feature a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
