Realme GT Neo2T spotted on Google Play Console; Global launch could be imminent

Realme had recently announced the new Realme GT Neo2T smartphone in the Chinese market and is now reportedly gearing up for it’s launch in the global market as well.

Speculations of it’s global launch came after the device made it’s appearance on Google Play Console which is typically a good indication that a device would be heading out of the Chinese market.

As a quick recap, the Realme GT Neo2T features a 6.43” AMOLED display that offers a FHD+ screen resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, as well as a 16 megapixels front-facing camera.

On the imaging front, it relies on a triple-cam setup at the back comprising of a 64 megapixels main camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens, as well as a 2 megapixels macro camera for close-up photography.

Just like the OnePlus Nord 2 5G, the Realme GT Neo2T is powered by a custom MediaTek Dimensity 1200-AI chipset which will be coupled with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage in the memory department.

To keep it’s lights on, the Realme GT Neo2T draws power from a respectable 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast-charging support. Aside from that, other noteworthy features also include the presence of an in-display fingerprint scanner, 3.5mm headphone jack, as well as Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11 OS.
