Recent reports have revealed that Redmi is working on the Redmi Note 12 Pro 4G. The model number of the device is 2209116AG. The same device is likely to debut in other markets as the Redmi Note 11 Pro 2023. Now, a new report by Xiaomiui has revealed the existence of the Redmi Note 12 4G. Here is everything that is known about the device so far.

According to the publication, three new Xiaomi devices with model numbers 23021RAAEG, 23028RA60L, and 23021RAAY have surfaced in the IMEI database. The report reveals that the 23021RAAEG and 23021RAA2Y model numbers belong to the global version of the Redmi Note 12 4G.

The 23021RAAEG variant will lack NFC, whereas the 23021RAA2Y will support it. The 23028RA60L variant is the Redmi Note 12 4G for the Indian market. It also lacks NFC connectivity. The 23021RAA2Y model will come preloaded with MIUI 14-based Android 13 OS, whereas the other variants will have MIUI 14-based Android 12 OS.

The Redmi Note 12 4G will arrive in at least two variants, such as 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage. The device is expected to arrive in other options. At present, there is no word on the launch date of the Redmi Note 12 4G.

In October 2022, Redmi unveiled the Note 12 5G, Note 12 Pro 5G, Note 12 Pro+ 5G, and Note 12 Discovery in China. Except for the Discovery variant, all three editions have been released in India. Earlier this month, the company unveiled the Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition in China. The company is also expected to release the Redmi Note 12 Pro Turbo in the Chinese market.
