Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 launched with Exynos 9611

Samsung has unveiled a new entry-level smartphone dubbed as the Galaxy M21 2021 in the Indian market. As you can tell from it’s moniker, this device is essentially an follow-up model of last year’s Galaxy M21 with some minor improvement in the camera department and software-side.

The Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 sports a 6.4” Super AMOLED display which offers a FHD+ screen resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, as well as a 20 megapixels selfie snapper housed within a dewdrop-notch.

Around the back of the phone, there’s a vertically-stacked triple-cam setup which houses a 48 megapixels main camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens, as well as a 5 megapixels depth sensor.

The phone is powered by an octa-core Exynos 9611 chipset under the hood, and is coupled with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card.

To keep it’s lights on, the Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 draws power from a respectable 6,000mAh battery with 15W fast-charging support. Unlike last year’s Galaxy M21, the new model will be shipped with a later One UI 3.1 Core based on Android 11 out of the box.

For those who’re interested, the Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 is priced at INR12,499 (US$170) and INR14,499 (US$195) respectively for it’s 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB variants.
