Samsung Galaxy Note 5 to come with Exynos 7422 SoC

According to SAMMobile, the upcoming Galaxy Note 5 will be powered by Samsung’s own Exynos 7422 chipset – also doubt as the all-in-one SoC. As its name suggest, this unreleased SoC will be featuring the CPU, GPU, the RAM, internal storage, LTE Modem all together as one component within the phablet. Maybe this is why the Galaxy Note 5 is also dubbed as the “Project Noble” by their own employees.

Similarly, we’re also hearing from the same source that the much anticipated Galaxy S6 Edge Plus will be powerd by the Snapdragon 808 SoC instead. We’re not sure why, since we expect this 2 flagships to be both powered by the Exynos 7422 chipset since it was rumored to produce incredible performance.

From what we know, both the Galaxy Note 5 and the S6 Edge Plus will all be coming with a 5.67″ Super AMOLED display – with the former sporting a flat display, while the latter as the name suggest, with a curved display instead.
