Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo spotted at Benchmark?

After announcing the Galaxy S5 Mini and the Galaxy S5 Active, the next device we’re expecting to see is none other than the Galaxy S5 Neo. Today, a unknown Samsung handset with a model number SM-G850 appeared in a benchmark test – stirring commotions from various Android enthusiasts that this could be the upcoming Galaxy S5 Neo.

Like the Galaxy S3 Neo, this device also comes with a slightly smaller screen size compared to this year’s Galaxy S5 flagship. It also comes with a slightly watered down spec sheet including a lower resolution display and just 2GB RAM onboard, suggesting that its a cheaper version of the Galaxy S5.

However, there are also possibilities that this device may be other unannounced Galaxy model instead of the Galaxy S5 Neo so just take this as a pinch of salt.
