Vivo’s Product Manager Li Xiang confirmed earlier today that the company will be launching the Vivo NEX 3 5G edition smartphone in China in September. A leaked image that contains the key specs is now doing rounds on Weibo. Also, a Chinese tipster has summed up the key specs of the Vivo NEX 3 5G.
The above image reveals that the Vivo NEX 3 5G carries support for 5G connectivity. The smartphone will be boasting a very high screen-to-body ratio of 99.6 percent. The Snapdragon 855+ chipset will be present under the hood of the device. The phone could be equipped with a 64-megapixel triple camera system.
According to a reliable Chinese tipster, the Vivo NEX 3 will be featuring a glass unibody chassis. The handset is equipped with UFS 3.0 storage with F2FS file system support. The exact size of its battery is not known yet, but it is expected to carry support for 44W fast charging. The other expected features of the NEX 3 5G are notch-less display with waterfall-like curved edges, 3.5mm audio jack / independent HiFi and NFC.
