When Xiaomi took the wrap off their Xiaomi Mi 8 SE smartphone back in May this year, there are only two versions available with 4GB+64GB and 6GB+64GB memory configurations. Right now, the Chinese smartphone maker had already quietly announced the third version which offers 6GB of RAM and a hefty 128GB internal storage space.
The new device will go on sale in China later this morning at a price of 2,299 Yuan (US$ 338) – just slightly more expensive than the 6GB+64GB model which stood at 1,999 Yuan (US$294). Sad to say, the 128GB model will be available only in Gray for now and there is still no news if Xiaomi is planning to release the other 3 color options for this higher-end model.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 SE is a perfect smartphone for those who adore the exquisite design of the Xiaomi Mi 8 but do not need those high-end specs. Surely, the device is also one of the most valued-for-money premium mid-ranger you can find in the market so far.
