The much-awaited Xiaomi Mi MIX 4 flagship is expected to launch in the second half of the year. The rumor mill is now gradually spilling information about the next Mi MIX series phone. A fresh report by My Drivers has revealed the battery capacity and fast charging capabilities of the Mi MIX 4.
The report claims that the Mi MIX 4 will be housing a big battery of 5,000mAh capacity. It appears to be the 2,430mAh (rated value) dual-cell battery that was spotted at China’s 3C certification last month. Apart from offering 120W fast charging, the Mi MIX 4 is expected to arrive with support for 80W wireless charging.
Besides featuring the industry’s fastest charging solution, the Mi MIX 4 is also expected to offer an amazing bezel-less experience like the older Mi MIX phones. On top of that, it is expected to house the latest edition of an in-display camera.
The company has reportedly self-developed camera optimization algorithms that will make it possible for Mi MIX 4’s under-display camera to function as a conventional front camera. Rumors have it that the phone may not support quad HD resolution, but its display is speculated to offer better viewing experience than a conventional Full HD+ display.
The handset could be one of the first flagship phones from the brand to come preinstalled with MIUI 13. It is expected to draw power from the Snapdragon 888 SoC. A recent report claimed that it might be a costlier device than the Mi 11 Ultra.
