Last week, we reported on the tentative update schedule for the highly anticipated EMUI 9.1 which was published on Huawei Malaysia’s website.
Right now, Huawei’s South Africa branch has revealed that there will be another 6 Huawei smartphones which are slated to receive the EMUI 9.1 update as well. These devices are none other than the Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design, Huawei Mate 20 Lite, Huawei P30 Lite, Huawei P Smart 2019, Huawei Y6 (2019), as well as Huawei Y5 (2019).
Out of the six devices, only the Huawei Mate 10 Porsche Design is expected to receive the update this month. As for the other 5 devices, they will only receive the update in August.
For the benefits of those who’d missed out, below is the tentative EMUI 9.1 update schedule for select Huawei smartphones. Do note that this is only a tentative schedule released by Huawei Malaysia which may or may not apply to other regions or countries.
