A recent by The Wall Street Journal had claimed that Apple would be debuting three new iPhones as well as LTE enabled Apple Watch on Sept. 12. The Cupertino company has now officially to hold a “special event” to probably unveil the special edition iPhone 8 with advanced features and the upgraded iPhone 7S and 7S Plus smartphones along with LTE Appel Watch 3 on Sept. 12.
Apple will be holding the launch event at 10 AM PT at the new Steve Jobs Theater that is also referred to as the new Apple Park. The launch invitation contains a color Apple logo. Another image of the launch event contains the text “let’s meet at our place” hinting to the new Apple Park. Speculations are rife that Apple may also unveil a 4K Apple TV at the launch event.
The Apple iPhone 8 is rumored to be the first OLED enabled smartphone from the company that is expected to arrive with AR capabilities. The Cupertino company is also rumored to add wireless charging to it. Another striking change that Apple may introduce is the removal of the Touch ID sensor caused by the inclusion of the 3D face recognition.
