French technology giant Archos, which is well-known for their budget-friendly tablets over the years has unveiled another tablet – this time the Family Pad 2. Priced at €299, the 13.3-inch Family Pad 2 is considered one of the most pricey tablet being introduced by Archos so far.
The Family Pad 2 will have a number of specs improvements from it’s first generation. Here is a quick run-down on it’s specifications – 1,280 x 800 pixels display, 1.6 GHz dual-core Cortex A9 processor, 1 GB of RAM, 2 megapixels front and rear cameras, as well as a 8 GB onboard storage. Besides a bump in it’s specifications, it’s software also jumped from Ice Cream Sandwich to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
