New update set to hit Samsung Galaxy Nexus according to Verizon

New update set to hit Samsung Galaxy Nexus according to VerizonIt seems like Verizon will be rolling out a new update for one of their most popular device – Samsung Galaxy Nexus, which just reached it’s end of life with Verizon 4 months ago. According to their Twitter’s page, they only state that Samsung will be pushing the update directly to the Galaxy Nexus over the air, without specifying the release date, though they have confirmed it’ll be pushed out soon.

Even though, Verizon did not mention which software version will the update fires the Galaxy Nexus up to, but we expect it to be at least Android 4.2 Jelly Bean – since other GSM variants are already running on Android 4.2.1.

Are you excited to have a new Jelly Bean on your Galaxy Nexus ?
