ASUS ROG Phone 7 Specifications Leaked, Here’s What Expect

ASUS will launch the ASUS ROG Phone 7 series of gaming smartphones on April 13. The launch event will be held in multiple markets, such as the US, China, Taiwan, and India, on the said date. Ahead of the launch, tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked the specifications of the ROG Phone 7.

The ASUS ROG Phone 7 smartphone is said to arrive with a massive 6.78-inch E4 AMOLED FHD+ display with a refresh rate of 165Hz, making it perfect for gamers and streaming enthusiasts. The screen will be integrated with a fingerprint scanner. The phone will run on Android 13 OS and ROG UI.

Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 processor, LPDDR5X RAM, and UFS 4.0, the ROG Phone 7 will deliver a top-notch gaming experience. The smartphone will be equipped with a front-facing camera of 32-megapixel. On the back, the device will feature a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 5-megapixel camera.

The device will pack a 6000mAh battery with 65W fast charging capabilities. The leak also reveals that it will be an IP54 dustproof and waterproof device. Additionally, the ROG Phone 7 will weigh under 240 grams. The tipster claimed that it may start at 3,999 Yuan ($580).

Earlier this month, two ASUS phones with model numbers ASUS_AI2205_A and ASUS_AI2205_B were approved by the 3C authority of China. The 3C certification revealed that both models may support 65W fast charging. It is likely that these devices may debut in the market as the ROG Phone 7 and the ROG Phone 7 Ultimate.
