AT&T begin rolling out Marshmallow update for the Galaxy S6 Active

Following the footsteps of its Galaxy S6 siblings, the Galaxy S6 Active has finally received the much awaited Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow update from AT&T earlier today.

This update will bring the software version of the device up to MMB29K.G890AUCU3CPE4, and will come along with all the Marshmallow goodies as well as AT&T’s latest WiFi calling feature.

Since this update comes with a massive 1.4GB file size, do make sure you’re connected to the WiFi before you begin updating your device. For those who have yet to receive the update notification, you can check for it manually by going to Settings > About device > Software update.
