The Black Shark 4 and Black Shark 4 Pro gaming smartphones are set to launch on March 23 in China. Both phones were spotted with their images at TENAA and Google Play Console. Now, the Black Shark 4 has appeared in a hands-on video at Bilibili, a Chinese video-sharing site. In addition, the company has shared a new poster to reveal the rear design of the smartphone.
The screenshots of the Black Shark 4’s hands-on video show that its display features a small-sized selfie camera cutout at the top-center position. The right edge of the device seems to be equipped with a gaming trigger button and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Like the predecessor models, the Black Shark 4 will feature a liquid cooling system. Moreover, users can attach the Cooling Black Clip 2 Pro to the phone for extremely fast cooling. As it can be seen, the cooling fan mod has a dedicated temperature display.
The Black Shark 4 is fitted with a horizontal camera module, which features a triple camera system and an LED flash unit. Speculations are rife that its Pro model will be equipped with a 108-megapixel primary camera. However, there is no information available yet on the cameras of the Black Shark 4.
The Black Shark 4 and Black Shark 4 Pro smartphones are expected to arrive with a 6.67-inch OLED FHD+ display and a 4,500mAh battery that carries support for 120W fast charging. The vanilla model could be coming with Snapdragon 870 chip, whereas the Pro variant will be powered by the Snapdragon 888 mobile platform. Both phones will come preinstalled with JoyUI based Android 11 OS.
