Last week, Black Shark CEO Luo Yuzhou revealed that the next-generation Black Shark gaming phone will be an invincible device. Today, the company officially confirmed that the upcoming Black Shark phone will be known as Black Shark 4 according to the promo poster released by the company.
Other than revealing its moniker, It also mentioned that the device will pack be arriving with a 4,500mAh battery that will carry support for 120W fast charging which can deliver a full charge within 15 minutes. It is highly possible that the device will feature the latest Snapdragon 888 5G mobile platform.
Previously, Black Shark announced the Black Shark 3 Pro handset along with the Black Shark 3 gaming phone. It remains to be seen whether the Chinese brand announces a Pro model along with the Black Shark 4. Unlike the upcoming Black Shark 4, the Black Shark 3 offered users a 4,720mAh battery and 65W fast charging support.
Last year, the company started teasing the arrival of the Black Shark 3 series in February and announced it in early March. Now that the company has already begun teasing the Black Shark 4, it seems that the firm may announce it as early as next month.
The rumor mill is yet to spill information on the Black Shark 4 smartphone. The Black Shark 3 Pro was equipped with a QHD+ display. At present, it is unclear whether the vanilla Black Shark 4 will feature an FHD+ or QHD+ screen.
