Its finally here! The LeEco and Coolpad first joint flagship has finally been announced! And yes, we’re glad to say that the Cool1 indeed come with a set of rather promising specs sheet under the hood.
Just like what we expected, the Cool1 comes with a near benzel-less 5.5″ FHD display which is powered by a Snapdragon 652 SoC along with 3GB of RAM as well as 32GB onboard storage space. At its camera compartment, there will be a 13MP dual-camera at the back which is completed with a 8MP front camera for selfie purposes. Slightly below the rear shooter is a fingerprint sensor, which is capable of unlocking the device in less than 15 seconds.
In order to cater to the need of heavy users, the Cool1 comes with a massive battery capacity of 4,060mAh which is capable of supporting more than 12 hours of intense usage. The device will run on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box, with LeEco’s own EUI 5.8 running atop.
For those interested in getting the Cool1, registration for the device will run from now till August 23 after which the device will go for its first flash sale on August 24. Currently, the price of the Cool1 is tagged at RMB1,099 (~$166).
