Although the Flappy Bird craze has just begin, its developer Dong Nguyen has publicly announced through his Twitter account that he will be removing the game from the app store the next day.
The reason why he plan to do so is simple, he just doesn’t like the media’s attention and wants to lead a simple life. Of course, doing so will also deprive him of his $50,000 daily in-app advertising revenue – which he is willing to give up. However, there are also rumors across the web which suggest it could be due to legal problems that lead him to his decision of removing Flappy Bird from the app store.
In case you do not know, Dong Nguyen also has another 2 titles – Juggling and Shuriken Block which made into the Apple App Store top ten free downloads. Whatever it is, we will have to wait till tomorrow to see if he really removes the game from the app store or is it just a publicity stunt.
