The Fresh Green Oppo R9S which went on sale during April Fool was all sold out in less than two minutes after the flash sale kicked off. The green variant is currently a limited model and is the fifth color option for the Oppo R9S. Apart from Green, the best-selling smartphone is also available in Black, Gold, Rose Gold, as well as Red.
Although Apple had also recently rolled out a new Red iPhone 7 and 7 Plus in China, but it seems like they did not enjoy the same treatment as the Oppo R9S after reports in China claimed that the Product Red iPhone 7 is still abundance in stock after its first flash sale – hinting that the sales number is lower than previously expected.
Of course, this isn’t the first time Oppo had their smartphones sold out in such a short period of time. Earlier this year, the Red R9S were also selling like hot cakes during the lunar season.
