Fresh information reveals that the Huawei is gearing up to release the first developer’s beta edition of the Harmony OS on Dec. 18. Public beta version of the Harmony OS is expected to arrive by April 2021. It is being said that the new OS upgrade will be available for 90 percent of Huawei and Honor devices. Huawei Central has shared a list of eligible devices that will be treated with Harmony OS upgrade.
Here is the list of Mate series devices that are reportedly going to receive the Harmony OS upgrade: Huawei Mate 40, Mate 40 Pro, Mate 40 Pro+, Mate 40 RS Porsche Design, Mate X, Mate Xs, P40, P40 Pro, P40 Pro+, Mate 30 4G, Mate 30 Pro 4G, Mate 30 5G, Mate 30 Pro 5G, Mate 30 RS Porsche Design, Mate 20, Mate 20 Pro, Mate 20 X 4G, Mate 20 X 5G, and Mate 20 RS.
Here is the list of Nova series of smartphones that will be receiving the Harmony OS upgrade: Nova7 Pro 5G, Nova 7 5G, Nova 7 SE, Nova 6 5G, and Nova 6 SE. The upcoming Nova 8 Pro and Nova 8 phones are also expected to receive the Harmony OS update.
The Harmony OS upgrade is expected to arrive Honor handsets such as the upcoming Honor V40 series, Honor V30 Pro, Honor V30, Honor 30 Pro+, Honor 30, Honor 30S, Honor 20 Pro, Honor 20, Honor Play 4 Pro, Honor X10 5G, X10 5G, 9X Pro, and 9X.
The Harmony OS upgrade is also expected to arrive to other devices such as Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro, Watch GT 2e, Watch GT 2, MatePad Pro, MatePad Pro 5G, and Honor Tablet V6.
