OnePlus is all set to unveil the next-generation’s OnePlus 9 series smartphones on March 23rd next week. However, aside from the upcoming OnePlus 9 series devices, the company is also concurrently working on the OnePlus Nord N10’s successor which is expected to debut in the coming months.
Today, courtesy of serial leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer, we’re now able to have a near-official look at this device (reportedly codenamed Ebba) ahead of its scheduled launch. Although this isn’t officially confirmed, but there’s a possibility that the device could be launched as OnePlus N1 according to earlier reports.
Based on the CAD-based renderings published by Steve, the device appears to share a close resemblance to the current OnePlus Nord N10. It retains the same hole-punched, flat panel at the front and has a similar-looking rectangular camera island at the back.
Despite that, the device is said to be slight shorter and thinner with an overall dimension of 162.9 x 74.7 x 8.4mm. It will however, arrive with the same 6.49-inches display size.
What’s notable from the renders is that the device seems to feature a triple-camera setup at the back instead of a quad-camera setup like what we saw on the OnePlus Nord N10. Similarly, its rear-mounted fingerprint scanner is also shifted to the right side of the device which doubles up as a power button.
Last but not the least, most will be glad to hear that the 3.5mm headphone jack will make a return to this upcoming handset as well.
