Original story continues…
Earlier this month, the design of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A52 5G was revealed in a series of CAD-based renderings. Fast-forward two weeks, we’re now able to have our first look on its slightly higher-end Galaxy A72 5G sibling courtesy of reputable leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer.
At first glance, the Samsung Galaxy A72 5G do shares a close resemblance to the Galaxy A52 5G although its a tad larger than the latter. The front panel retains the same Infinity-O flat display which is said to measure around 6.7-inches diagonally. Since it’ll be an AMOLED display, the device also comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Over on the flipside, you’ll find a familiar rectangular camera housing that comes along with a quad camera system tipped to be headlined by a 64 megapixels primary shooter.
As expected, the rear panel is still made by the usual “glasstic” material which is actually plastic made to look and feel like glass. In fact, its rear panel also has a geometrical design if you take a close look at it.
Once again, the Samsung Galaxy A72 5G will be arriving with a highly-coveted 3.5mm headphone jack – a feature that’s missing among the flagship Galaxy S and Note series devices. Therefore, there’s no need to purchase any wireless headphones separately.
Although the actual launch date of the Galaxy A72 5G has yet to be officially confirmed, but the device is expected to be announced in early 2021.
