Honor 20 Lite to Debut on October 22

Honor was initially rumored to announce the Honor 20 Lite (Youth Edition) smartphone today. However, the company has instead announced Bai Jingting, a Chinese actor as the new Product Design Officer for the Honor 20 Lite.

On the other hand, the Chinese smartphone maker has confirmed that the smartphone will be made official on Oct. 22. The handset is now up for reservations in China. The entire specifications of the smartphone are known through its TENAA appearance.

Honor 20 Lite Specifications and Features

The Honor 20 Lite (Youth Edition) has a 6.3-inch OLED display that offers full HD+ resolution. The waterdrop notch enabled display produces 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It is equipped with an in-screen fingerprint reader.

The Kirin 710F chipset could be present under the hood of the device as per a reliable tipster from China. It will be arriving with up to 8 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. For additional storage, it will be equipped with a microSD card slot.

The rear shell of the phone features 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera system and it has a front camera of 16-megapixel. The handset is loaded with Android 9 Pie OS that is customized with EMUI 9 UI. It has a 4,000mAh battery that supports 20W fast charging. There is no information available yet on the pricing of the device.
