After launching the Honor 30 series smartphones back in April this year, the Chinese smartphone maker is now prepping a new member for the Honor 30 family – Honor 30 Lite.
However, before we get too excited, its worth noting that this device is likely to be a rebadged model of the Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro which was announced earlier today. For those who do not know, the Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro is itself a rebranded model of the Huawei Enjoy Z targeted at the offline market.
This confirmation came after GSMArena published the official render of the upcoming Honor 30 Lite which shows off almost entirely the same rear design as the Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro except for some minor differences.
Unlike the Enjoy 20 Pro, the Honor 30 Lite has a circular LED flash instead of a rectangular LED flash. Needless to say, the device will also be carrying the Honor logo which will be placed horizontally towards the bottom of the device.
Other than that, the Honor 30 Lite will maintain the familiar-looking rectangular camera housing on the top-left corner which is home to a triple-cameras setup. Moving on, the wording on the right-side of the camera sensors reaffirmed the presence of a 48 megapixels main camera just like the Enjoy 20 Pro.
Since the Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro comes with a starting price of 1,999 Yuan (US$283), we do expect the upcoming Honor 30 Lite to be priced around the same price range or perhaps slightly higher.
