At the end of the previous month, Honor launched the Honor 30S 5G smartphone. It debuted as the first smartphone powered by the Kirin 820 5G chipset. The handset has been available for purchase in China from April 7. Today, the Chinese firm took to Weibo to reveal its collaboration with Sprite. The company will be selling Honor 30S X Sprite Summer Limited gift box edition starting from May 1.
As revealed in the official images, the Honor 30S Sprite version will come in a special gift box that will include some goodies like a special rear case and a badge. The leading e-commerce sites of China will start with the sales of the limited edition phone from May 1.
Honor 30S Specifications and Price
The Honor 30S has a 6.4-inch punch-hole display. The screen supports 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution and it comes with a side-mounted fingerprint reader. The Android 10 OS with Magic UI 3.0 and Huawei Mobile Services comes preloaded on the Honor 30S.
The Kirin 820 5G powered device has 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM. The phone comes in UFS 2.1 storage choices like 128 GB and 256 GB. There is nanoSD card slot on the device for more storage.
The rear side of the phone has a quad camera setup. It consists of a 64-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel telephoto sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. It has a front camera of 16-megapixel. The phone is packed with a 4,000mAh battery that supports 40W fast charging.
The 128 GB and 256 GB editions of the Honor 30S are priced at 2,399 Yuan ($339) and 2,699 Yuan ($381). It comes in colors like black, blue, green and gradient.
