Honor 60 SE Case Renders Reveal iPhone-Like Camera Unit

The Honor 60 and Honor 60 Pro were recently announced as successors for the Honor 50 and Honor 50 Pro that debuted around the middle of this year. Reports have revealed that the Chinese brand will also unveil the Honor 60 SE as the successor for the Dimensity 900 SoC powered Honor 50 SE handset, which was announced along with Honor 50 and 50 Pro. While there is no word on the launch date of the 60 SE, tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore has shared its case renders to reveal its appearance.

To begin with, the Honor 60 SE’s case renders show that it will be gracing a punch-hole display. As can be seen, a selfie camera cutout is likely to be present at the top-centre position of its screen. The right spine of the phone seems to feature a volume controller and a power key. It is unclear whether the latter is integrated with a fingerprint scanner.

The Honor 60 SE case renders further reveal that it will be sporting an iPhone-like camera unit. Its camera module houses three cameras in a triangular design. A microphone hole seems to be available on the topside of the device, whereas its bottom edge seems to feature another microphone hole, a USB-C slot, and a speaker grille. The Honor 50 SE lacked a 3.5mm audio jack and it appears that it won’t be present in its sequel.

The rumor mill is yet to leak the specifications of the Honor 60 SE. The only thing that is known about the device is that it may carry support for 40W fast charging. Probably, it will retain some of the specs that were made available on the Honor 50 SE.

Honor 50 SE Specifications

The Honor 50 SE features a 6.78-inch FHD+ IPS LCD panel that offers a 120Hz refresh rate. In the imaging department, it comes with a 16-megapixel front camera as well as a 108-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel triple camera unit.

The Dimensity 900 powered handset offers up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. It has a 4,000mAh battery that supports 66W fast charging. It runs on Magic UI 4.2 based Android 11.
