Moto Edge X30 Rear Design Revealed Through Official Renders

Moto Edge X30 will be announced tomorrow (Dec. 9) in China. Ahead of the launch, the Lenovo-owned brand has been busy revealing the key features of the Edge X30. Today, it rolled out the posters to give a look at the rear design of the phone.

The company revealed that the Edge X30 will come in two colors such as Qiongtai Snow and Autumn Tung Shadow. The rear shell of the device has a triple camera unit that comprises a 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and an LED flash.

The right edge of the Edge X30 seems to feature a volume rocker and a power button. There seems to be a dedicated button on the left spine for summoning the voice assistant. Its bottom edge has a SIM card slot, a USB-C port, and a speaker grille.

Moto Edge X30 Specifications

The Moto Edge X30 has a 6.67-inch OLED screen with a punch-hole design. It offers a Full HD+ resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and an in-screen fingerprint scanner. It has a 60-megapixel camera for capturing selfies. The device will run on Android 12, which will be overlaid with My UX 3.0.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 powered device will come with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. It will house a 5,000mAh battery that supports 68W fast charging.

The company is expected to announce the Moto Edge S30 featuring the Snapdragon 888+ chipset and a special edition version of the Edge X30 featuring an under-display camera alongside its regular version. The Edge X30 is scheduled to go on sale on Dec. 15 in China.
