After announcing the Honor 8A Prime budget smartphone last month, Honor is now back with another trio of affordable smartphones including the Honor 9A, Honor 9C, as well as Honor 9S.
Honor 9A Specifications
Let’s start with the Honor 9A. This device offers a 6.53-inches LCD display with 1600 × 720 pixels screen resolution. It sports a dewdrop-notch design to accommodate its 8 megapixels selfie camera.
Speaking of cameras, the device also features a triple-camera setup housed within a rectangular camera module. It comprises of a 13 megapixels main camera, 5 megapixels ultra-wide lens and a 2 megapixels depth sensor.
The Honor 9A is driven by an octa-core Helio P22 SoC coupled with 3GB of RAM and 64GB onboard storage space which is further expandable by up to 512GB via a microSD card.
The device will be fueled by a hefty 5,000mAh battery with no fast-charging support. On the software-side, it will boot on the latest Magic UI 3.1 based on Android 10.
For those who’re interested, the Honor 9A will be priced at RUB10,990 (US$150) for its sole 3GB+64GB model.
Honor 9C Specifications
Moving on to the Honor 9C, this device is the highest-end model among the trio. It features a 6.39-inches LCD display with 720 x 1560 pixels screen resolution, and has a single hole-punched which houses an 8 megapixels selfie camera.
At the back, the Honor 9C offers a triple-camera setup comprising of a 48 megapixels main camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens, as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor.
In terms of internals, the device will be driven by an octa-core Kirin 710A SoC paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB onboard storage space which also supports memory expansion for up to 512GB via a microSD slot. It has a generous 4,000mAh battery which could support hours of continuous usage on the go.

Honor 9S Specifications
Last but not the least, we have the most affordable model – Honor 9S. This device will feature a 5.45-inches LCD display with 1440 x 720 pixels screen resolution. It’s huge bezel at the top houses a 5 megapixels selfie camera as well.
On the flip-side, the Honor 9S has a squarish camera module which is home to a single 8 megapixels camera and a LED flash. Similar to the Honor 9C, the Honor 9C is also powered by an octa-core Helio P22 SoC which is assisted by 2GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage space. It will still be maintaining a microSD slot to support memory expansion of up to 512GB.
The Honor 9S will be fueled by a 3,020mAh battery and runs on the latest Magic UI 3.1 based on Android 10 OS. Pricing-wise, it cost only RUB6,990 (US$96) for its sole 2GB+32GB model.
