Honor Magic V2 Lite battery size, charging speed, and price tipped

Honor is reportedly expanding its foldable lineup. The brand has recently launched the Magic V2 and it is said to be working on other models, such as the Magic V2 Lite, Magic V2 Slim, and Magic Flip. The flip model is expected to launch in Q1 2024, the Magic V2 Slim is likely to break cover in October, and the Magic V2 Lite may debut next month. A Chinese tipster has revealed key details about the Lite variant.

According to the tipster, the Honor Magic V2 Lite will come in multiple colors. Hence, it will be more suitable for a female audience. He revealed that the starting price will be less than 6,000 Yuan ($820).

Further, the leaker claimed that the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset will power the Magic V2 Lite. In addition, it will pack a 5,000mAh battery with 66W fast charging support. The other details of the foldable phone remain a mystery.

Moving on to the Magic V2 Slim, reports surrounding it claim that it will be Honor’s first foldable phone with an outwardly foldable design. It appears that the VCA-AN00 device that recently appeared in the database of China’s MIIT certification will launch as the Magic V2 Slim. As far as the Magic Flip is concerned, the rumor mill is yet to reveal its key details.

In related news, Honor will be present at IFA 2023 on Sept. 1 to showcase its new foldable phones. It is said that the company may announce the Magic V2 for the global market at the event. There is a possibility that the company may also showcase the Magic V2 Slim or Lite.
