On December 21st, the Honor V20 appeared on the AnTuTu database, its model number is PCT-AL10 and the detailed specifications were announced. In the core configuration, the Honor V20 uses a 2310 × 1080 display with a screen aspect ratio of 19.25:9. It is equipped with a Kirin 980 processor, 8GB of RAM + 256GB of storage. It has a front-facing 24.79MP shooter and a rear 48MP (Sony IMX586) camera. The lights of this smartphone are kept on by a 4000 mAh battery. On AnTuTu, this smartphone scored 274,343 which is about the average score for a Kirin 980 smartphone. However, with the new Lenovo Z5 Pro SD855 version reaching 360,000+, the Android sector is now in a much better phase for flagships.
According to Xiong Junmin, Honor has been working hard to control the aperture to a limit of 4.5mm. In this way, the area of the hole is reduced by half, and the front camera is completely embedded under the screen and integrated with the display. At the same time, the industry’s first dispensing and full-fitting technology is used to ensure maximum external light entering the camera, eliminating the influence of other light and reducing visual interference.
It is worth mentioning that the Honor V20 will be equipped with the new Link-Turbo technology. Link Turbo’s network-wide aggregation technology provides breakthrough communication between Wi-Fi and mobile networks. The two links simultaneously send and receive data to achieve ultra-high throughput and bring unprecedented high-quality network experience. The smartphone will be officially released on December 26.
