Honor will hold an online launch event following MWC 2020 cancellation

Due to the abrupt cancellation of the annual Mobile World Congress trade show held in Barcelona. This forced the smartphone makers to either postponed their scheduled launch events, or turn them into an online launch without having to push back the date.

Today, Honor has confirmed that the company will forge ahead with their scheduled February 24th launch date for their new products and technologies through a live-streamed event which will be available via Facebook, Twitter, as well as YouTube.

During this event, we do expect Honor to announce a number of smartphones including their flagship Honor V30 and V30 Pro. Similarly, there is also some possibility that the company may took this opportunity to introduce the global variant of the Honor 9X Pro as well.

Currently, Honor isn’t the only company which will be holding an online launch event this month. In fact, Realme had recently confirmed that the company will also be holding an online launch event for their upcoming Realme X50 Pro flagship on February 24th.

OPPO on the other hand, has chose to postpone the official launch event of their Find X2 flagship to March. Likewise, Xiaomi had also roll back the global launch event of their Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro to an unspecified date as well.
