Honor has recently confirmed that the company will be launching the Honor X20 5G smartphone alongside the Magic 3 series flagship phones on August 12th next week. Ahead of the Honor X20 5G’s launch, some of it’s key details have surfaced on Geekbench, giving us a glimpse on what to expect on this upcoming handset.
According to it’s Geekbench listing, the Honor X20 5G will be powered by an octa-core Dimensity 900 chipset which is also used in several notable smartphones including the Honor 50 SE and the OPPO Reno6 5G. Other than that, the same listing also revealed that the phone will be equipped with 8GB RAM and is shipped with Android 11 out of the box.
Although the listing only revealed limited specs of the phone, but Honor had previously confirmed through it’s teasers that the Honor X20 5G will be arriving with a 120Hz display and 66W fast-charging support.
Design-wise, the Honor X20 5G shares a near identical design as the Huawei Nova 8i that was recently launched in the Malaysian market. This means you’ll be greeted by the same central hole-punch display flanked by slim bezels, as well as a circular camera island on the rear side.
